The trick is to out something sweet, fruit fresh or dried
And to have a dressing with a little bit of a creamy touch. Use tahini, sour cream, mayo perhaps
And finally the leave need to be pulled off the stem and cut up fine
And you have the sweet sweet secrets to a yummy kale salad

'The Best Salad'
Simply
Pull Kale off the stem, wash and chop
Add Sultanas
I've also added celery, carrots and seeds.
Eleni adds everything! Carrots, daikon, do as your heart delights!
The dressing
ACV
Olive Oil
Honey
Tahinni
Salt
Stunning!
Arrange salad ingredients
Mix dressing in a jar
Massage into greens
It's the absolute best!
