WEEK #79 FILL GOOD WASTE
Hello baby!
Some Feel Good news.
Now just give yourself a pat on the back, an air punch, happy dance or a high five with your mate.
This picture my dear is last week's Fill Good waste. Yep, that's right. You saw that correctly.
And yes there was cardboard and paper that we used to pack deliveries in for Fill Good and Dr Planet. The rest of the cardboard we made a little weekly fire with. The kids love it, sometimes there are even our plastic-free marshmallows being toasted!
This is what we, as a family of 5, used to throw away a week in plastic. This is now what a typical week of Fill Good's waste looks like. We make the hard call and search high and low to only buy in bulk sizes so we can have plastic-free options that are typically packed in plastic. In doing so we also have tastier and fresher options too that we are all loving!
So well done all of us. You know who you are. together we are indeed making a super-duper difference!

SIZZLE SIZZLE
Again I am going back to my Italian roots, of hot breakfasts with left overs. While there is no homemade salami and fried pecorino here, if we were going local and rustic to our area this is what I believe would be our traditional brekky.
- A good splash of our Organic Olive Oil in a pan.
- A few cloves of our local garlic and a roughly chopped red onion.
- Let the garlic and onion flavour the oil until you can smell that delicious aroma through the kitchen.
- Throw in some roughly chopped local tomatoes and squash them down. Let the juices all mingle together until lightly cooked.
- Roughly chop your chard or spinach and pop in the pan until it has wilted the way you like it. Soft, bright and vibrant.
- Salt and pepper, pop on a plate.
- Now you have your pan with a coating of these delicious juices, don't wash them away!
- Warm the pan back up and throw in some whisked Everlasting Farm eggs. Scramble and they will have the tomatoes and, garlic juices go thru them! You get can really bring on the flavor and grate in a little Stone and Crow Joe Crow cheese and let that ooze its way thru.
Pop your toast. Plate up!
And Tesla was blown away with how quick , easy and D E L I C I O U S this is!
Once again our bodies thrive, our imaginations are alive and our land has been taken of as we eat from it.
Another week forward, health, love and together.
